All products can be exchanged or returned.

DEADLINES

The term to return or change a product is up to 15 days after receiving the order confirmation email.

REQUIREMENTS

The products to be exchanged or returned must be in perfect condition, unused, and with the original labeling.

PROCESS

To make a return, send us an email to: info@marcosvillafruela.es indicating your name and the reason. Next, we will contact you to schedule the collection of the package. We will ask you to indicate a day and a range of hours that work for you so that a carrier comes to pick it up. We will send you a .pdf file by email that you must print and paste on the outside of the package. Once received in the store, and after checking its status, the refund of the product will be processed in an estimated time of 3 – 7 days, depending on your bank. You will receive the amount through the same payment method used in your purchase.

EXCHANGE OR RETURN COSTS

The return or exchange shipping costs are 15 euros per shipment and are borne by the customer. MARCOS VILLAFRUELA reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges: Communicated or sent after the deadline Garments that are not in the same conditions in which they were received. Those that due to poor washing of garments have suffered damage, especially those made of wool or cotton.
